These terms apply to purchases in the Mettäbaari web shop: merchandise, gift cards and event tickets.

Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. You see the delivery cost at checkout before you pay. Stripe processes payments, and you can pay with the methods shown at checkout. The purchase is agreed when we confirm your order by email.
Delivery
We ship merchandise anywhere in the EU. For delivery outside the EU, contact us first at [email protected].
Delivery time: we send your order within 30 days of payment and email you when it is on its way.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because it was not collected, we charge only the cost of sending it again.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel a merchandise purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will send you simple return instructions.
Return the item unused and unwashed, with the tags on. We refund the price and the original delivery cost to the same payment method within 14 days of your cancellation. We may wait until the item is back with us. You pay the return postage unless the item was faulty or wrong.
Need a different size? Send the item back and we will send a new one as soon as the return arrives. Message us first to check that the size or colour is in stock.
If you received a wrong or damaged item, tell us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days. We will fix it with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Gift cards
A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can use it at Mettäbaari for food, drinks and merchandise, and in this web shop. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. You can cancel the purchase of an unused gift card within 14 days.
Event tickets
Tickets are for an event on a specific date, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel the event, we refund the full ticket price to the original payment method. If the event moves to another date, your ticket is valid on the new date; if you cannot come then, you can ask for a refund.
Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first, and we will sort it out. You can also turn to the Finnish consumer advice service and take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Finnish law applies to purchases.
