If something’s not right

No worries — we’ve got you. You can return any unused, unwashed item within 7 days of getting your order. Just keep the tags on and the product in good shape.

Refunds

As soon as we get your return and check it, we’ll send your money back to the same payment method.This usually takes 5–7 business days.

(Shipping costs aren’t refunded unless we messed something up.)

Need a different size?

Totally fine!Send the original item back, and we’ll ship a new one as soon as it arrives here.If you want to be sure the size/color is in stock, just message us first.

If we made a mistake

Got the wrong item? Damaged? Something weird happened?Tell us within 7 days and we’ll fix it — replacement or full refund, your choice.

How to return

2. Tell us your order number + what you want to return.

3. We’ll reply with simple return instructions.

4. Ship it back to us.

5. We handle the rest.

A few exceptions

We can’t take back used headwear, opened drinkware, or custom-made items (if we ever sell those). Everything else — easy.

Unclaimed or wrong address orders

If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address or it wasn’t picked up in time, we’ll charge only the reshipping cost. No drama, just practical stuff.

Mettäbaari caps can be shipped anywhere with EU. For shipments outside EU, please be in touch with our customer service by sending us a message.
