No worries — we’ve got you. You can return any unused, unwashed item within 7 days of getting your order. Just keep the tags on and the product in good shape.
Refunds
As soon as we get your return and check it, we’ll send your money back to the same payment method.This usually takes 5–7 business days.

A few exceptions
We can’t take back used headwear, opened drinkware, or custom-made items (if we ever sell those). Everything else — easy.
Unclaimed or wrong address orders
If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address or it wasn’t picked up in time, we’ll charge only the reshipping cost. No drama, just practical stuff.
Mettäbaari caps can be shipped anywhere with EU. For shipments outside EU, please be in touch with our customer service by sending us a message.
